How do I exchange something?
I happily accept exchanges! Please reach out to exchange@southernroadmerch.com for directions on exchange directions. 

When will my order ship?

Orders ship 1-7 business days after order is placed. Most orders are processed and shipped by the next business day. 

Because I hand make these items myself, I may need my full policy processing time to fulfill your order.

Please reach out to contact@southernroadmerch and ask if you'd like a specific target date for your shipping delivery!

I entered the wrong address on my order, how do I fix this?
The buyer is responsible for correct mailing address.

If you enter the wrong address on your order please reach out to me immediately to update it.

If I ship your package and it is returned to sender (me) I will immediately refund the purchase price of the order, minus the shipping.

I entered the wrong address and my order was returned to sender (returned to seller), what do I do?
If I receive any packages returned to seller (me) I will immediately refund you the price of your order, minus the shipping.

Buyer assumers all shipping charges and they are non-refundable.

If you'd still like your items you will need to place a second order and ensure it has a correct mailing address.

Will you give me a deal or discount if I purchase multiple things? Can you offer free shipping?
I totally understand why people you'd ask for this, but unfortunately I do not give any deals on-line.

I also never run promotional sales (e.g. 15% off for today only, free shipping promotion with this code).

Instead, I keep my prices as low as possible at all times. This ensures the following things:

-Every customer is treated fairly and equally

-You you don't feel scammed that I am jacking up my prices

-You feel confident that you are getting the most fair price no matter what time of the year you need to shop

-I can continue to operate and clearly understand the value of my products. This means I am able to make new and fun products continuously

Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?
I'm unfortunately unable to offer expedited or overnight shipping, but if you contact me I'm able to give you a target date for your delivery.

I do always ship orders via USPS priority mail from Florida, which is a 2-3 day ship after processing.

Can you rush my order to get it to my by a certain date?
I'm unable to rush, expedite or overnight orders, but would be happy to work with you to establish a delivery target date.

Please note, target delivery dates are never guaranteed, and are subject to change based on USPS Postal Service occurrences.

My tracking number says my item was delivered, but I can't find it, can you help me?
Unfortunately, once I give your package to the USPS for shipping, it becomes 100% the sole responsibility of the USPS. The USPS is 100% responsible for incidents during shipping and delivery.

Please contact the USPS for all shipping issues.

If your tracking number says delivered, but you can't find your package, please spend 24 hours asking your neighbors and looking in odd places.

Please note that I ship via USPS priority mail, so there is at least $50 insurance on every order over $20. If you reach out to me I would be happy to help you file a claim with the USPS.
